Logbook Services
We often hear the terms logbook service, minor service or major service. But what does this really mean? Logbook servicing is a pre-set service schedule set by the manufacturer found in your vehicle’s logbook.
The manufacturer’s schedule will include minor and major servicing at set intervals. Minor services require less time and parts than major services for specific maintenance schedules.
You can fix small issues and avoid bigger problems in the future by following the maintenance schedule in your logbook. Additionally, this will help you keep your warranty intact.
Our mechanics inspect your vehicle during servicing and provide recommendations and reports on any future attention needed. This ensures the maintenance done on your vehicle is tailor-made to what you need.

Timing Belts
A timing belt is a thick belt that works to synchronise the motion of an engine’s camshaft and crankshaft. Should the ‘timing’ of the movement of the camshaft and crankshaft be incorrect then colossal damage to the engine can occur. Your timing belt should be replaced as per the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.
Water Pumps
A water pump is vital to a car engine’s operation because it ensures the coolant keeps moving through the engine block, hoses and radiator, and maintains an optimum operating temperature.
Engine Belts
Belts play an important role in the operation of the engine. Belts power a part or a set of parts within the engine. Your engine has several belts and the number of belts your engine has depends on your engines age and the design of the engine. The most common belts are drive belts, alternator belts, fan belts, serpentine belts and timing belts.
Starter Motor & Alternator Replacements
The starter motor is an electric motor that turns over or cranks the engine to start.
The alternator is a generator which distributes electricity to the car and recharges the battery.
Coils
An ignition coil is used in the ignition system of a spark-ignition engine to transform the battery voltage to the much higher voltages required to operate the spark plug(s). The spark plugs then use this burst of high-voltage electricity to ignite the air-fuel mixture.
Spark Plugs
A spark plug is an electrical device used in an internal combustion engine to produce a spark which ignites the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber.
